Sarah Jane King
Sarah Jane King is an English storyteller living in Hertfordshire. Born in London, she has travelled extensively, including three years spent in Malaysia – an experience that inspired her to write her novel Girl in the Red Cheongsam.
Sarah's second novel (a work in progress) entitled The Devil’s Cataract is set in the troubled political landscape of Zimbabwe. Fascinated with cross-culture mysteries, many of her characters exist on the fringes of life. Often, they are striving to escape tyrannical regimes, seeking freedom from oppressors in the hope of achieving lasting happiness.
She has also written and published various short stories and poems. In her spare time, she enjoys giving readings on internet radio, writer events, and musical concerts.
